Whether you’re looking for a way to cultivate body awareness, wanting train your nervous system, or simply looking for a way to stay active on a recovery day, saturday morning yoga with Amy is made with you in mind. In 60 minutes, you will be guided through an invigorating practice that encourages restoration in the body and clarity in the mind.
Amy has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaches in a way that allows each yogi to choose the level of intensity and activity they want in their practice. Because it’s your body & your practice, Amy offers many options so you can personalize the practice to match your own reasons for being “on the mat.”
Yoga has been defined as moving and breathing with intention.
