CrossFit started as the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all-inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

You’ll start with a one-on-one consultation where we can discuss your goals and why are they important to you.
After that, we enroll you in your 30 day Mechanics course were you and your coach will meet for 5 private training sessions. During these sessions your coach is going through the OPEX assessment with you and evaluating your performance levels. After your assessment your coach will build you a custom program that you follow for the rest of the month leading up to your benchmark testing day. After you and your coach goes through the benchmark tests. Your coach will revaluate your performance to determine if you have graduated to the ChalkBox Group Class or need to spend more time with your trainer developing.

With inexperienced coaches, bad mechanics and the wrong attitude, functional fitness can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. Yes! During your Mechanics course you will have 5 Personal Training sessions with you and your exclusive coach. After first 30 days of your Mechanics course if you need more guidance and attention to bring your fitness levels up we offer 3, 6 or 12 month commitments for personal training.
