– Burpee ladder 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

2.) Seated band row ladder 10, 8, 6,4,2

– Flutter kicks ladder. 20,16, 12, 8, 4

3.) Pull-up ladder 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

– Box jumps 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

4.) TRX reverse fly 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

– Frog hops. 10……..

5.) Single arm side lat-pull down 10…..each arm

– Barbell curls 10…..

6.) Incline run – 20 sec sprint 10sec walk
