If the one-on-one attention of personal training is what you’re after, you’ll start by going through the Opex Design Assessment to see where you’re performing now so your coach can best design a program for you to reach your goals.
Every new member begins in our Mechanics course. You’ll learn the correct techniques for fundamental movements such as the squat, press and core in one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer. This course will give you the customized workouts that specifically need to maximize your best results.
In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. ChalkBox Training offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal fitness body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
Training as unique as you are, our individual programming is tailored specifically to you. With individual programming, you’ll follow the training schedule your coach has personally designed for you based on your goals and assessment scores. In addition, you’re also welcome to join our group classes up to three days a week.
Once you have graduated from your Mechanics Course you are ready for ChalkBox group class. Every class will be different than the last one. Expect this class to get you stronger than you have ever been and no matter what life throws at you, you’ll be better prepared physically and mentally.
The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right nutrition approach for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health. Nutrition Workshops are offered monthly and will teach you proper ways to fuel your body for performance and longevity!
Fascial stretch therapy targets your muscles, the surrounding connective tissue and joints to expand your mobility and comfort both inside and outside the gym. In our therapy sessions, your therapist will work with you one-on-one for up to 60 minutes.
If you want to gain strength, coordination, speed and endurance, our multi-level youth strength and conditioning class is for you. This program is designed to help athletes succeed in their sport whether it be soccer, football, or basketball; we’ll scale your workout to meet your current level of fitness but make it tough enough to get you to the next level.
Our Barbell Club follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell class is for you.
Our Training camps are designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster and better prepare you for your upcoming event or hobby. Training camp workouts incorporate the type of training needed for you be the best version of yourself before your event. This program is perfect for the beginner level but even an intermediate or advanced athlete would still benefit!
Kids Bootcamp- Who says adults get to have all the fun? Kids camp teaches children the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. Our kids camp provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and in the classroom.
Obstacle Course Bootcamp- Somewhere between military training and recess for grownups, our Obstacle Course camp is sure to get you in killer shape while having a blast! Who says adults can’t “play” on the playground? Our playground just happens to be tougher than any other you’ve seen before.
The Athlete Camp– This athlete camp is for members that want to prepare for an upcoming fitness competition. This is a two day training camp that will show you exactly what you need to work on before your event to have the best results
